Let's get ready for X Factor LIVE

Tonight marks the start of the brilliant live shows of The X Factor 2015.

While we all love the audition, bootcamp and judges houses stages the live shows is when the talent show really kicks into high gear.

Taking to the stage to perform tonight are all thirteen contestants (Yes thirteen, Monica Michael is back), Simon is mentoring the Overs, Cheryl has the Groups, Rita is looking after the Girls and Nick is overseeing the Boys.

There is a twist for the live shows as previous voice over guy Peter Dickson is back to add a bit of zest to the performances and judges entrances, and another twist may have been let out of the bag, as this photo of Cheryl talking to her group Alien Uncovered shows a vocal and performance scoring chart over the judges desk, suggesting that the judges will this year be allowed to rate the performances by vocal and performance ability.

While there is usually a Halloween theme, this year X Factor have shaken things up with a ‘This Is Me’ theme, where the contestants will each perform a song they think best represents the type of artist they want to be.

Yesterday the  song choices for the final thirteen were revealed, the songs they will be singing are:

The Overs

Bupsi: You’re A Wonderful One – Marvin Gaye
Max Stone: Someone Like You – Adele
